By accessing and using Mogost ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Mogost provides a marketplace platform that allows users to buy, sell, and bid on various products. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Mogost, a Mogost employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Use the Platform to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Buying and Selling

Sellers: By listing items for sale, you represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the items and that all product descriptions are accurate and truthful.

Buyers: When you purchase an item, you enter into a binding contract with the seller. Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the listing.

Bidding: All bids are binding. If you place a bid, you are committing to purchase the item if your bid is accepted by the seller.

5. Fees and Payments

Mogost may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your use of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Mogost and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited from being listed on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Illegal items, stolen goods, or counterfeit products
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Adult content or services
• Any items prohibited by applicable laws

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, we encourage parties to resolve the matter directly. Mogost may provide tools to facilitate resolution but is not responsible for disputes between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mogost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
